The 2026 Compensation Survey report is an important management tool for ministries, especially those in payroll and benefit decision-making. This year’s survey report includes 31 roles, breakdowns by organization size and district, 25th and 75th percentiles, and relevant graphic data. If your member ministry participated in the survey, you do not need to complete this form unless you’d like a printed copy. The Admins on your account have been emailed an electronic version at no charge. If you would also like to have a printed copy, the cost is $49.
If you did not complete the survey, the member cost is $149 for the electronic version and $199 for the electronic version and a printed copy. The PDF electronic version will be emailed to you.
The non-member cost is $249 for the electronic version and $299 for the electronic version and a printed copy. The electronic version will be emailed to the address specified in the form.

Consider Prior to Ordering
At the district level, some roles were not reported frequently enough to produce reliable summary data. Similarly, certain extra-small ministries may not include specific roles within their staffing structures, resulting in limited or no data for those positions. The Northern Lights District is not represented in district-level results due to limited input.
